Making a U-Turn (McGuire, 8/6/08)
Here’s a video of Mariah walking with the Lokomat. The machine is providing about 50% of the support of her weight and guidance of her movement. She’s doing the rest.
Here she is working her arms for over 13 minutes with resistance. Mariah’s doing all the work.

Mariah's Reemergence 
Mariah, I keep checking in every day to watch your progress and root for you. I’m a little embarrassed at how much more exercise you get than I. I also wanted to share that you’ve appeared in my dreams the last two nights. Both times, you were up and walking around like nothing happened. And in each dream, I marveled at your recovery while feeling regretful that I missed the opportunity to visit you before. I think my subconscious is punishing me. 🙂 Anyway, keep up all of the amazing work. Love, Sadie.
